A lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, Rick has spent over 35 years working at Snyder Auto Inc, where he has been a driving force for the past 30 years as an owner. His journey in the automotive industry is a testament to his unwavering work ethic, strong leadership, and genuine care for his customers and employees.

Rick’s personal life mirrors his professional dedication. He has been happily married to his amazing wife for 41 years, a partnership that has been the foundation of his success and happiness. Together, they’ve raised three wonderful children, two sons and a daughter, whom he is incredibly proud of.

Outside of work, Rick is an avid golfer, a sport he enjoys for both its challenge and its opportunity to relax and unwind. He believes in living life with integrity, fostering relationships, and giving back to the community that has supported him throughout his career.
